Little Hand, Big Hand

Help show the children the difference between little and big. Have your children place their handprint on a piece of paper. Then you (or someone with a bigger hand) put your handprint next to theirs finally let them draw other little and big things on the paper.
Heavy and Light, Big and Little

Bring in objects of different weights, colors, etc and have your children examine them.
Wet/Dry

Mix cornstarch with water to make a neat substance. Sometimes it feels wet, sometimes it is dry. Your children can play with it just like finger paint
Hot Cold

Fill one bucket with warm water and one with ice water. Have your children stick one hand in each bucket and experience the difference.
