Get several different types of vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, corn, carrots, radishes, asparagus, broccoli, etc.) and let your children help you prepare them. Then for snack or lunch make a vegetable tray with them and let your children taste test.
Yummy Yams

What You Need:
  • Two Cans Of Baking Yams
  • Two Peeled and Sliced Apples
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Of Nutmeg
  • Three Tablespoons Margarine
  • Five Table Spoons of Margarine or Butter
What You Do:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Next, drain the canned yams and then arrange them on the bottom of an oven dish (spray with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Finally, sprinkle the melted margarine, sugar and nutmeg over the top. Cook for about thirty minutes.
