Submitted by PaigeMake dragon puppets out of brown lunch sacks. Have children cut out ovals and glue all over the bag. Next they can add eyes a mouth (with teeth) and horns! Put these in your dramatic play area and let your children pretend to be dragons.
Submitted by RebeccaMake a Chinese New Year dragon from boxes. Take a cardboard box and cover it with red paper (to make the head). Next cover a smaller box to make a snout. Attach to the small box to the larger one and add eyes (small paper plates), mouth (complete with teeth, and red streamer flames). Tape the head to the floor. If you want to be real creative you can put a tail coming out of another part of the floor (like the dragon is coming through the floor)
